Perform your activities in the same order every day
For college
Be realistic
Don't take too heavy a courseload in your first semester
Schedule classes when you know you work best (mornings or afternoons)
Make sure to take breaks in between classes
Plan ahead
Choose a college that is convenient for you
Consider size of school and distance from home
Make sure the college has support services for students with ADHD
Get what you need
Tell the school in advance about your condition
Let them know what help you need, including tutors, early registration, and extra time for tests
