  • Hang a large calendar where you will see it every day
  • Write down all appointments
  • Use a date book or organizer to keep track of information
  • Write lists and post "sticky" notes around your home or office
  • Have one place to keep your keys, wallet, and bills
  • Break big tasks into smaller jobs
  • Talk with those close to you for support
  • Learn as much as you can about ADHD
